The Pet Mansion is committed to providing your pet with a safe and healthy environment. Pets arriving must be in good health and current on ALL required vaccinations. 


The Pet Mansion WILL NOT accept female dogs who are not spayed or in their Estrous Cycle (in heat) under ANY circumstances.



The lobby will be OPEN 2pm - 4pm for pick up only on the following holidays:
Memorial Day
4th of July
Labor Day
The lobby will be CLOSED on the following holidays:
New Year's Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day


Pets Dropped Off/Picked Up before and/or after lobby hours will result in a $50 fee. 

ADMISSION: 

All pets must be at least 16 weeks of age (4 months) and have completed their 16 week vaccinations. We reserve the right to deny admittance to pets lacking proof of vaccinations, pets displaying signs of untreated or potentially contagious conditions, and female dogs who are not spayed or are in heat. If your pet is found to have fleas or ticks, we will trele_saint_sulpice_hotel_pets.jpgat the pet at the owner’s expense.
 

VACCINATIONS: 

We require written verification of vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian. The vaccination requirements below apply to all dogs or cats visiting us.

To expedite the check-in process we recommend that all vaccine records be submitted prior to your pet’s arrival. For your convenience, records may be faxed to us at 1-844-272-4008.


MEDICATION: 

We will administer oral medication provided by the owner. All medication must be in its original container with the prescribing physician’s label indicating the name of the patient, name of the medication and the dosage and frequency. 


FOOD: 

We recommend a consistent diet to maintain intestinal health and minimize digestive upset. Please bring the food in pre-measured bags for each meal served per day so we know we are not over or under feeding your pet. We do not need your bowls unless your pet will not eat or drink out of stainless steel bowls. We wash all bowls morning and evening so your pet is always provided a clean dish. 


CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
We charge very similar to a hotel. Charges begin the day of check-in, it's a full day charge regardless what time you check in, pets must be checked in by 6:00 pm Monday-Friday. Check-out is by 12:00 pm (noon). If your pet is checked out after 12:00 pm (noon) the day of departure, you will be charged the full day rate. For Sunday and Holiday pick-up the charges are 1/2 of the daily rate. 

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Must be made 24 hours in advance. No call/shows could be billed for the dates you reserved. 

 

EMERGENCIES: 

In the case of an emergency we will contact you or your listed emergency contact and/or your veterinarian. In the event that we cannot reach you, your emergency contact or your vet, we will use our local veterinarian Roanoke Animal Clinic or Animal Emergency Hospital of North Texas at the owner’s expense.
